GeoData: Degraded basemap functionality

Identified

The service providing the basemaps recently began requiring an API key, which is not supported by UCSB's current version of GeoData. The GeoBlacklight community has released an updated version that supports this requirement, but several dependencies must be upgraded before we can implement the update. We will continue working toward a resolution.
