The physical Library Zoom telephone service have been unavailable from 2:45 PM on Tuesday 2024-11-12.
The ITS Infrastructure team was first notified of the service disruption at 8:45 AM on Wednesday 2024-11-13. The ITS Infrastructure team and Library IT Support have worked together to resolve the issue, as of 10:15 AM on Wednesday 2024-11-13.
The root cause has been determined to be an unpowered interface connection on a Library remote domain controller. The interface was not powered back on during the migration of the domain controller to the INFR Core IT virtual environment, which was conducted at 2:45 PM on Tuesday 2024-11-12.
